Came the first time SEVERAL hours late. I had to run somewhere so my husband stayed to tell the guy what was going on with our washer. He couldn’t replicate the problem so he just left and told my husband to start writing down every time the problem occurred and what we were washing. I called back after a couple of weeks and scheduled another visit. HE NEVER SHOWED UP, did not call, and nobody responded to my text. So horrible! I didn’t pick this place. GE’s extended warranty program sent them. Calling them to tell them to stop using H&M. Ugh.

This guy is as crooked as a three dollar bill. Called him to come out and check my washer. Gave me an estimate of 370 dollars, which he required the payment upfront, shame on me. I put it on my Master Card. TRIED TO GET THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DENY PAYMENT, WHICH THEY DID, BUT IN THE COURSE OF THEIR INVESTIGATION, BECAUSE i SIGNED ON HIS TABLET OR PHONE, THEY HAD TO PAY HIM, EVEN THOUGH i DIDN'T GET ANY OF THE SERVICES I PAID FOR. He kept putting me off on the repair, 1st excuse was the part didn't come in. Then it was the wrong part. Then it was in but it wasn't the OEM part and he didn't recommend putting that part in. Finally I had to buy a new washer. He would NOT RETURN ANY PART OF MY MONEY. Said he paid for the part and couldn't return it. So I wanted the part so I could try to return it. Then told me he did return the part. Still waiting on my money. Won't take my calls lawyer told me it cost me more than I would get back to take him to court. MY ADVICE - AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW fast friendly service let me tell ya
i had a leak on my washer for over a month now had two other places come out and fix it allready or so they said come to find out after h and m was out to look at it all that has been wrong with it all this time was a hose came unhooked WOW crazy H And M fxed it and only charged me a service call 70.00 and its fixed right the first time other places charged me over hundred dollars to fix it and tried to charge me more when the came back thanks alot guys and good work will be calling h and m for now on

H & M does not even deserve one star, as far as I'm concerned! All I will say is, DO NOT pay H&M in advance for ANYTHING!!!!! If so, you're more than likely kissing that money goodbye! In October of 2015 my refrigerator stopped working, so I called H & M. They were quick to come out and look at my refrigerator. However after diagnosing the problem, they said they would have to order the parts and thus needed $247 in advance. Needless to say, I have not seen or heard from them since! I've tried calling and texting numerous times, but they don't respond. I found out they changed their phone number, but still operate under the same name. This Father/Daughter duo has got quite the scheme going on! I, too, will be filing a small claims against H & M. They can't be trusted and need to be shut down for good!!!!!
