My girlfriend got the worst haircut of her life at Great Clips. We called this salon and got an emergency appointment within 15 minutes. Taylor at this salon fit my girlfriend in and within 20 minutes worked miracles on her hair! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

This service was not professional and so bad. The color was not nice and completely different than the one that I asked her to do. she did highlight then toner then again hair coloring. she burned my scalp, She didn't even wash my hair well from the chemical dyes and didnt put any moistures conditioner like everyone does. This is the first time I've seen someone who works like This way. I will advise all my friends do not come to this salon and I would like to talk with the manager about this bad service. Everyone there is very nice and professional, facility is clean and kept up. I have been back a couple of times already, from getting highlights and a trim, to having my nails done! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new stylist or is new to the Lansing area! Services: Manicure, Haircut, Pedicure, Hair highlighting

My scalp is chemically burned, full of blisters and scabs. I was getting my roots dyed blonde to match the rest of my hair. Still suffering four days later and will continue for further days/weeks. The person who did this not only burned me chemically twice, began the procedure of rinsing the chemicals out with hot water. Tries to brush my hair with a full bristled brush afterwards with no spray in detangler. After I suggest she use a wide toothed comb, I have to remind her about the deep conditioning treatment she forgot about (which leaves in for three minutes)then holds a hair dryer on the highest heat close to me scalp. on top of that my hair color turned dog urine yellow. Now not only did I have to deal with urgent care, my life is put in pause. I cannot tan, I cannot treat my hair for weeks until the burns blisters and scabs are gone, I have to pretend everything is okay at my new job to maintain professionalism when I'm miserable inside.
