Have not personally used this company, but I can confirm that the review from Tiffany Gibbons is completely unfair. That customer treated the technicians at my company as well as the owner of this company poorly, yelling at them for simply knocking on her door

I called to get my gutters cleaned and was told I'd get an estimate emailed to me. I specifically asked if I should expect someone to come to the house for the estimate and was told they use Google Maps. 3 hours later the same man shows up unannounced at my house. I simply say, "I wasn't expecting you, I would've liked a call." He says they couldn't get the estimate off Google Maps but fine, he'll leave. I say, "You can do the estimate, I still want the estimate" But he leaves. Then proceeds to call me and tell me for THREE MINUTES how it's just not a good fit and that they won't do the job because I am too needy and he just doesn't have time to call people. He had 3 minutes to talk down to me on the phone after he left but not 30 seconds to tell me his schedule opened up before driving to my house. Incredibly condescending and rude.
