so far so good, I've read some of the reviews and they certainly go back and forth. I have not had a problem with any of the staff, or the physicians. the physicians do change up somewhat often-but that is life! only issue is that we have never been able to get a same day appointment.

Edit: this is a year later from my original review. I took another star off. Again, I love the Drs. They are actually great. The wait times are still ludicrous. But the reason they lost a star was because I had an appointment set for 3:30. It took forever to get to the room. Fine whatever we're used to it. The take-in nurse took us back and did her part and left the room. Then at 5PM a bewildered Dr came into the room. They were CLOSED. They shut down and left us there. Everything dark and locked up. She still seen us and my child got what he needed, but they left us there!!! Full staff on. There had to of been around 10 people there at least. We interacted with at least 5 of those people. We never checked out, they should have known we were still in there. The Dr was getting her stuff together and heard us giggling in the room. If she wouldn't have noticed us, we would have been alone and locked in with alarms activated. How did this even happen?!?! How do you close up shop without checking rooms?! Why are the wait times well over an hour EVERY TIME?! I'm not sure how much more I can deal with. There has been a lot over the last almost 8 years. I would hate to leave our Drs. They really are great. But this last experience was completely avoidable. They failed us yesterday.

I love the Drs. The wait is absolutely ludicrous, but that isn't the worst thing in the world. But the physicians assistant was awful (Edit: SHE IS GONE). She was disrespectful every time we've had to see her. She will never attend to make child again. She completely misdiagnosed my child twice. Even when I voiced my concerns. When he should have had antibiotics, she gave him allergy meds. He was sick for over a month! She didn't even use a stethoscope or thermometer on him. Then no one would return any of my phone calls. I called repeatedly. Nothing.
I am happy they stopped doing in house billing. Those people were liars and the absolute worst. But that's neither here nor there at this point. The front desk is MUCH better since it seems they cleaned house. But really, the 3 star is for the PA and the no phone calls. Don't see the the assistants if you don't have too. They are clearly unmanaged and not trained.
