If I could not give them any stars I would, this insurance is a scam, an insured of theirs crashed me almost a month ago and it has been impossible to communicate with my supposed agent, they are rubbish, a team of scammers, they are only dedicated to defrauding the People, companies like you should not be accepted by the police when making a report.

I cancel my life insurance, and the agent lie to me, so they keep take it my money from my bank account, make it overdraft for about 2 months , and keep paying without my authorization, terrible service . I change with Allstate

How many times does an insured have to request to speak with a manager?!?!?!?
Still have yet to receive ANY calls back!!
There are plenty of moral, ethical insurance companies, unfortunately this is definitely not one of them!!!! Not our fault accident was over 5 months ago, took to a "farm bureau authorized" repair shop, Labadies Buick GMC, only to have them butcher the vehicle to very unsafe condition, billed for many parts not replaced, billed for oem and installed Taiwan garbage. After I picked it up I immediately called the adjuster and agent to let them k ow how bad and unsafe the repairs were,, what did they do? They paid the unsafe incomplete repair bill in full, ya know, your agent needs vacations too!! Took it to another dealer where they assesses the proper repairs and detailed the improper, now they want to total my wife's vehicle, had you listened to your qualified insured you wouldn't be getting blasted online and reported to the state attorney generals office, Insurance should help you through difficult times not run the other way, accuse you of lying, give you the run around. It'll all work out though, almost everyone in our family has been farm bureau for 30 plus years, as soon as this fiasco is figured out, they are ALL switching companies!
