Food is good. Service is great. Area is sketchy.
Parking: Pimps and crackheads are plentiful in the parking area and so fun being yelled at by toothless dudes wearing fur as I am juggling a bunch of "Chinese" food and trying to get into my car.

$13.40 was my total
Bourbon chicken lunch special + 2 egg rolls (no drink)
Some of the chicken was over cooked and dry. The entire dish was covered in a sweet syrup flavored sauce that was low quality. Reminded me of store brand pancake syrup.
Rice is a basic yellow (fried) rice. Pretty bland with what appears to be small pieces of onion and cabbage. I was unable to pickup any flavor other than the syrupy sauce which was off-putting.
Egg rolls are a very low grade, even for a hole in the wall Chinese place like this. Chewy, grainy and with an almost synthetic ginger flavor.
Dining area was cluttered with boxes and what appeared to be the staff's personal items. The first table was wobbly and all the tops appeared dirty.
When my order was ready the staff called me to pick it up instead of serving me. Not a big deal, just not what you'd expect. The tray my food was served on was also dirty with dried bits of food.
Staff argued.
Bathroom out of order.
