Amazing service! I bought a used Tahoe and it is absolutely incredible. They fixed all the little minor issues and even delivered the vehicle to me. I live over 90 minutes away from Lansing! My salesman Jim was amazing. Very nice, no pressure - answered all of my questions right away. I went to multiple dealerships looking for a vehicle and felt like I was bothering the salesmen everywhere I went. Not so at this dealer! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Update: the vehicle they sold me was a total lemon. Gas tank had paper shoved in it to shut off a sensor. Gas barely trickled in until it was discovered there was paper shoved in it. Now it’s a new gas tank to fix. Cylinders blew out within two weeks of purchase. Wheel issues and so much more. Always have a real mechanic look at the used cars. Don’t trust them at all.

I'm on my second lease from suburban Cadillac. The sales and service staff are very professional and have been very helpful in both buying my cars and servicing my cars . I would have to say they give super service Cory White was very helpful and knowledgeable about the CTS I just leased. I would recommend suburban Cadillac to everybody.

I have always had positive results from Capitol with the exception of when I first visited back in the early 90s. I was not well dressed that day which is clearly out of my element, but decided to purchase a Cadillac. This one elderly gentleman, Bob Arthur, walked up to me and asked, "May I help you?". Since many of the sales people walked by me, when I went to get in my car, I told them, "Never judge a book by its cover". I might say that Mr. Arthur sold me my next 7 Cadillacs. My experiences have been good at Capitol. They have always treated me with respect and kindness in addition, it is right around the corner from my house. Ruby L. Helton, PhD
