After being a happy customer for MANY years, over a decade, they decided that, rather than repair my vehicle, they would steal the catalytic converters, deny responsibility, and have my truck towed somewhere else at my expense.

Great work done here but was way too expensive. For what I spent there I would have thrown in an oil change for a complete oil change. If I ever need to get work done on my vehicle's again. IT WON'T BE HERE because of whoever the technician was that worked on my vehicle left it unlocked which resulted in the theft of everything inside my car. So I will never go back to Auto lab for anything. Thanks guys I REALLY APPRECIATE IT ALONG WITH THE RETURN PHONE CALL THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Thanks a lot

I had to have my van towed here on a Sunday night and by noon on Monday they had fully diagnosed my vehicle. I had to leave my van for several days and they were very kind and gracious about it. Thank you so much Service: General repairs & maintenance

Unfortunately they were understaffed so it took longer that expected to replace the battery. However the results are more than acceptable.
