Very friendly and helpful service. He made the effort to find exactly the right yeast for my Maple syrup wine! Well organized and clean store, with home town charm. I'm thrilled that there is such a great home brew supplier only a short drive away.

They are proof that excellent customer service still exists! I called Brew Gadgets and spoke to someone over a year ago to get advice on an order for a pvc shrink machine I was considering purchasing online. The person was very knowledgeable and I placed the online order. One year and three months later the machine burnt out. I contacted the company and Dan in customer service was so quick and diligent in solving the problem for me! He offered to immediately send me a new machine at cost until we found out if it was under warranty. And then before we could even get that process underway, he had tracked down a representative at the manufacturer (right before a holiday weekend), gotten them to honor the warranty and send me a new one direct. I will gladly work with this company anytime!
