My husband started taking his cars to Brad's for oil changes because they were quick, friendly, and he could leave his car and not have to walk far back to the apartment. ;-) So when my car needed maintenance I took it there first, that was over 5 years ago and I haven't looked elsewhere. Brad and his crew are knowledgable, curteous, honest, and work quickly to get you back in your car. It has been a lifesaver more than once that the maintenance shop is also a gas station, so if you have until 10 or 11p to pick up and pay for your car.
I am grateful that Brad takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car, tell me honestly what needs fixing right then and what can wait till next paycheck. I think his prices might be on the higher side but he is fair and has replaced the same parts for me 3 times now, as they were under the 1 year warranty, and only charged me for labor. (My car eats parts!) There has rarely been a visit that took longer than an afternoon.
