Incredible response time. Tony explained the problem, and what would be required to get our well up and running again. In the end we needed a new pump and new holding tank. The install was professional, and they left clear instructions on the process of running the water to rid of the chlorine dumped in the well. Highly recommend this company.

Showed up and put everything together with electrical taped for a quote it took 3 weeks . If you water in a pinch and decent customer service call else where. So an update called many other well diggers and had other professionals check it out. Janky work at a top dollar. “Buddy you were taken advantage of” Plus they are located an hour further. Quoted me about $2300.00 less. Make sure you shop around.

Had an issue with having no running water and contacted Pure Water Well, which at first I was happy about response time--they answered right away and their service guys happened to be in the area to drop by to see what the issue may be. Both the dispatcher, Rachar, and the service tech told my husband and I that they'd be able to look to see what the issue would be on Thursday and that they'd bring the big truck out on Friday to replace the well pump and tank,. The service guy said it would cost around $1500 and if they couldn't get the pump out they will have to drill a new well, which could cost thousands of dollars. Anyways, they said they'd call us in the morning Friday to set up a time to come out and do this. Based on that, I took the day off of work so that I could be available for whatever time-frame, because we had zero water and obviously this was going to be a big job. Friday morning we did not receive any phone call and ended up calling at 10:30am to leave a message saying we are still waiting to hear from them, that I took the day off to be home,and to call when they get a moment to update us on time. It rolled around to just afternoon, and I received a call from the service guy stating that they had never told us it would be done Friday and most likely it would be Monday. Never in either conversation between the office gal Rachar, or the service guy did they mention the word "Monday" until that phone call. Frustrated, I contacted another company, which came out the following day on Saturday morning and had the problem fixed by 10am. That company only had to replace the control box on the tank, which saved us over $1000 of the minimum quoted price that Pure Water Well gave us--remember, they told us they may even have to drill us a new well($3K+). We found out that the tech from Pure Water Well should have easily known that was the issue from the quick inspection--leading us to think that Pure Water Well wanted to make a quick buck because of our lack of knowledge on wells. I understand that we are in crazy times with COVID-19 and that they are probably incredibly busy, but that does not excuse the lack of integrity; very disappointing.
