Kingsview Apartments

I am Not impressed with Kingsview Apartments!

Supposed to be no smoking in buildings...everyone smokes. The apartments constantly smell like dope. Neighbors always looking for drugs. The apartments are infested with bedbugs. They charge you for repairs that were there before you moved in....it's not a very wonderful place to live. I'm NOT impressed.

If I could give this review a zero I would...this company has a way of extorting money from their low income tenants by charging them false late fees and "unpaid rent" charges, granted some may be true but in my case this was not! They will not even work with their lawyers or the judge in court, they just want is money money money. this company has a bad habit of putting peoples rent into other tenants accounts and claiming the tenant didn't pay rent hence unpaid rent and late fees. I cannot stress this enough that MRD is a very shady company to use as a low income housing opportunist. oh the other thing about MRD is they will never return your phone calls once your moved in....but will gladly accept your application and get you moved in, i've called them several times and no call backs. this company is full of greed. I also want to add this place constantly smells like pot, and everyone in these complexes tends to get bedbugs. worst thing I have ever done was to decide to move my family into this place! worst management do not rent from them!!!!!
