My first and last visit. I had an overpriced $13.00 hamburger and a $4.00 glass of ice tea. The service was poor - burger wasn't prepared properly and had to send it back. Waiters and staff kept banging into my chair without a word of apology. In retrospect, I should have left as soon as I arrived! I parked my own car and the valet insisted that I had to give him my car keys. I told him that I didn't want anyone else driving my car. When he saw me leaving my table, he made a mad dash out to move my car against my very specific wishes. Never again.

Our first visit. Employees were extremely friendly the moment we walked in the door. We sat outside which was a beautiful setting (would have even sat at the bar). We ordered all of the appetizers as well as a main course which my wife and I split. The drink pours were a little lite which is my only complaint. Other than that, food was fantastic and we will be returning very soon.

The food and atmosphere here are good . . . everything else is a failure. The meals are substantially overpriced. Service is spotty. And on our one and only visit - - management hid in the back room rather than address a customer complaint. I've never been to such a poorly run establishment. I'm not suprised at all by all the bad reviews this place has.

It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks and then 45 minutes to get dinner and about 20 minutes to get dessert. We finally left still waiting for the dessert which came as we were leaving. I paid the bill at the bar. The hang up seems to be in the kitchen and the waiter not trying to get things going. The kitchen puts out very good food, but there is no sense of pace. For dessert we stopped at Duncan Donuts around the corner and got a couple of donuts. The service was instant, polite and the donuts very good. The food is very good here but the service is painful. My rating is low because I would not go back. Good dinning is both food and service and maybe I prefer the less in the food but a more friendly and concerned wait and kitchen staff.
