Devon, Was an excellent technician came out on a Sunday, he telephone 30 minutes out so he was on his way and adjusted the setting which was covered under warranty and he was done in 10 minutes..

Awesome response by this company to an emergency garage door spring repair. The technician, Justin, showed up on time (even a ittle earlier than I expected) and with a cheerful smile went right to work to fix the spring. He was done within minutes. When the other garage door spring broke a month later, I didn't hesitate a bit and went right back to Town and Country. Justin and Devon, again, were efficient and friendly! Prices are fair, too. I'd recommend Town and Country to anyone needing garage door repair.

Our 2 car garage door failed trapping our 2 cars in the garage, I saw online that they had 'same day service'. I called and spoke to Jacob. I called about 11:30AM. He said his crew would be here in an hour or two. Less than an hour later their truck arrived with two tech's. Justin was the leader and in less than an hour they had the repair made. All the parts they needed (cables and hinges) were in stock on their truck. The bill was more than reasonable and Justin and his teammate were a pleasure to work with. They knew what they were doing and did it well. Job done right and quickly with no muss or fuss. I was very thankful that I chose Town and Country to repair my garage door. First place I'll call if I have a problem again. R Radinski
