These folks are great! Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They definitely know what they're doing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they're very expensive, but they tell you the price up front so it's on you to agree or not. I was disappointed that they charged me $100 for a bird that got in one of the traps. A bird. However, I paid them for a trap with a closed door & left a check taped to my door, wasn't home. They reimbursed me, nothing in the trap. I appreciate their honesty!! I highly recommend this company, just know it's a costly process.

Well if you are even looking for a critter control company, it means you are in trouble already cuz whatever youre dealing with, you couldnt get it handled on your own! Soooo, here it begins. I call B & B Wldlife and they actually answer your call! Imagine that?! Took note of my concerns BUT also asked me direct questions they needed to assess my situation! Love that. Showed up informed and a plan in place. They were a couple and had a lot of experience together, with critters and in life! Told me the answers I needed to adopt and let me decide. Right on with their assessment and recommended solutions that would end my need for them possibly so that was impressive. Knew I could trust what they were telling me. You want a company you can rely on. Thanks, guys for building such a great business and dealing with what we hate! Youre going to be a future recommendation and the first call Im making for any more critter issues I have! Gratefully, Denise Daniels
