Since Missy Steil has taken this office over I have had terrible service. I have tried many times to speak to her personally and never been able to. Apparently taking time to communicate with her clients isn't important. Also, her agents are rude and talk to you in a condescending tone. This office has gone completely down hill and it's so sad.

I switched this agency about seven months ago. I initially requested full coverage and disclosed that it was because I had a leased vehicle. The agent that worked at this office assigned me with national General insurance with full coverage. The agent called me after a couple of months and told me that he could get me in with Allstate for fifty dollars a month cheaper and I confirmed it was going to be full coverage still due to having a leases vehicle and we agreed that the deductible for collision would be a thousand dollars. I got into a accident last week and I was informed that it was only liability insurance on the vehicle. I wasn't conteted with this obviously since it caused a lot of legal problems and debt for me so I requested an investigation with allstate. I got a call today and they are saying that I did not originally request full coverage and did not disclose that it was a leased vehicle. Moral of the story is don't trust the so called professionals at this agency or any other allstate agency. They are highly unprofessional and dishonest. When i requested the evidence and voice recording from my phone call with my agent they did not have anything but word of mouth and if we look at the fact I originally had full coverage it doesn't make sense to sell me liability insurance with a pitch that it is fifty dollars cheaper without disclosing the fact that it was lowering my coverage. Withdraw from allstate and go shopping elsewhere for insurance so that way you don't fall victim to lying, unprofesionalism, and unaccouttability.
