If I could rate less than one star, I would. This place is terrible, DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOU WITH SCISSORS OR ANY SHARP OBJECT! Over the weekend (Sunday, 3/17/2019) my sister called to make an appointment to get her shoulder-length hair cut into a pixie. The girl on the phone said she could fit her in, and to come in. We did, and were greeted politely. We thought that was a good sign, until the girl cutting my sister's hair (blonde pixie, name started with a D) pulled it all up, and said, "I hate my pixie." and then CHOP, cut off the hair. Then she asked my sister if she wanted to cry. After chopping off her hair at what seemed like random intervals (I am a long-time pixie wearer and know what it shouldn't look like), she gave up and asked the other girl to take over. During the rest of the cut, this girl sat beside my sister and talked about how she and her boyfriend are trying to get pregnant. This new girl was short, with long wavy multi-colored hair (her name was maybe Jessica?). She looked through the pictures my sister showed her, and decided on one. Propped the picture up, and went to town. Not only did she not listen to my sister, but she told her that her hair couldn't do what she wanted it to do (even though I told her I do it with mine all the time, and we have the same hair). The girl cutting my sister's hair ignored me, and ignored what my sister was saying. She gave my sister the mirror to see the back, and it was terrible. The back was choppy and uneven, and she had only taken half of the hair off of her neck with the trimmer. I asked if she was going to trim it up more, or taper it, and she said, "No, that's what you do with men's hair, and you don't want to look more like a boy's cut.". This was after my sister told her that she didn't mind an androgynous cut, and had said in the beginning that she likes the look of a messy boy's cut on a woman. At this point, Jessica (or whatever her name was) took the apron off of my sister, and told her to come back next week if she didn't like it. At no point had my sister's hair been washed, brushed, or styled. They hadn't changed the part, or asked her how she wanted to style it. Every time we asked about doing something different, or changing something, or asked how to style it, we were told to come back next week. My sister's hair looked horrible, and she was visibly trying not to cry. They charged her for the full price of a cut, wash, and style. They even gave her a hard time for wanting to pay cash, because they had started closing the register. Now my sister has made an appointment somewhere else, because not only was the style terrible, but the back is horribly uneven and chunky. She has worn a hat every day since her appointment on Sunday, because she is too embarrassed to let anyone see her hair. Do not go to this salon and expect any sort of quality service if you get either of these two people to cut your hair. We will be calling the manager and telling them all of this as well.

I added one star because I can usually call and get an appointment within the same day, but I am not very satisfied with my experiences here or the quality of my haircuts. It is overpriced and they have done a terrible job with my bangs multiple times (I am talking uneven, notched cuts), so I would definitely never trust them to do all of my hair. I would rather drive a half hour to see my old stylist who I know will get the job done right.
