I called about a problem with my fan not working. They told me it would take 1-3 days. Over a week later they still were not finished. I had enough and picked up my computer without being told it was finished. I waited in the store for almost an entire hour for them to put my laptop back together. The fans didnt even get cleaned but do indeed work now. The people were nice though.

Exceptional service! Love the team over at Computer Guild. was able to take my computer up there and get with the guys to put it together. Evan, Riley and Justin (pardon me if I forgot names) they're all extremely knowledgeable. whether you are an experienced computer user, or you're completely new to getting your first computer, doing upgrades... even if you're a business and need some help with software or hardware for your systems. whatever the case is, i'm positive they can assist you in whatever you might need.
So, if you're looking for a good computer repair/troubleshooting place in the greater Kalamazoo area, would highly highly recommend giving them a call to see what they can do for you.
