The facility itself is fun and our children enjoy going. However, buying a membership completely ruined our experience due to poor customer service and terrible communication. Our membership had expired and we have decided to not only not renew it, but find other trampoline parks to utilize since there are so many.

There must have been a "spring break special" because we paid for an hour session, and when we got wrist bands it was only for a half hour. Very disappointed. Many unattended kids, no structure for using a lot of the equipment so it was hard to take a turn. The only thing free was the trampolines, which were fine, but I won't be returning with my family.

Brought my 4 kids here for a couple hours and it was a pleasant experience. We opted to do a membership to save some money because we knew we would be back here again.
