Needed a new septic installed. Put our down-payment. They told us the drain field could be put in by 4 giant maple trees. Then I am told by someone else that the trees would have to be removed. After the perk test, I was told they would contact me in 1 to 2 days. Didn't hear from them for 7 days. One of the workers told me we could put the septic field in next to a 70 foot walnut tree and later get the tree cut down. The tree guy told me if it was done that way it would cost me 4 times more because they couldn't drive on the field. The company gave me a high/low price estimate and then came in $700 over the high. The schedule date to start the job was given to me then when I called to confirm I got put off. I started working with the company in July and they knew our system was down.so our September stRt date should have been honored. I have more issues that came up but my finger is tired of typing. I canceled the joband went with another GREAT company. This company brought down my spirit and faith in humanity.
