        Had a new roof installed by them in 2018, noticed a leak at the chimney coming through the ceiling in 2019. Called to have them come out and fix it. They finally came and caulked around the chimney and said that should take of it. It didn’t solve the problem, finally got them to come out again they caulked some more, still didn’t fix the problem. They were here three times with no remedy. They told me it was probably my brick work on the chimney. I had my chimney inspected, and was told the brick was fine. Finally I called another well known company to come out and look at it. They said the flashing around the chimney wasn’t done properly and it looked like they just tried to fix it with caulk. The new company redid the flashing and shingles around the chimney which cost me $1,000. Dan’s Roofing doesn’t stand behind their warranty. Service: Roof installation
