        I have to say these guys go above and beyond and I am a very happy customer! Forgot it was trash day today and I came home to my trash bin completely empty and tucked back neatly on the side of my house where I usually keep it. THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT BUT THEY DID AND I SURE AM GRATEFUL! My yard is even fenced in and they know I have dogs and they still did that for me. 10/10 very pleased. Thank you emmons workers you guys are the best.

        I see all these good reviews but I just moved to Jackson michigan two months ago and they have only been over to pick up our trash 4 times. Theyve accumulated a month of missed trash pickups since weve been with them. I wouldnt recommend this trash removal service to anyone and Im currently looking for another service. I have my trash can still out right now as we speak and it is full of trash, this company even lied one week and said they were coming and never showed up. I honestly wish there was a way I could get my money back for all of the times they did not even come to pick up our trash. Its not fair to pay for this service and we arent even getting our. Trash picked up. Terrible terrible business, and terrible customer service.
