Called twice today to have my records sent to a new dentist because of living so far away. The first time I was put on hold for 8 minutes by Moneisha, who seems to be new to the company, to have her take me off hold and ask again why I was calling and go through all of my information again. The second call, I was greeted with the same attitude as my first call. I’ve gone here for a couple of years now and have never had customer service from the receptionist line since. Pretty disappointed with the service since the change of staff.

Very friendly, great staff, relaxed atmosphere, very experienced... I found the past 20 years as his patient very satisfactory!
