The Dental Experience/Spring Arbor Dental

If I could I would give this place no stars. I have been taking my son there for years with no problems until recently. I had to reschedule his appointment because I started a new job and they wanted to charge me $50 just to reschedule, even though there was nothing I could do about it. When I told them that if they were going to charge me then I would find another dentist for my son they did not care. They don't care about their patients they only care about ridiculous rescheduling fees. Zero stars for a staff with no empathy or understanding. Just pure greed.

Had a root canal and crown done by Dr. Saleh. He was very informative, and continuously concerned with my comfort thru the whole process. The crown he made didn't satisfy him so he made another to satisfaction. I was very pleased with his work, and his staff was great. Very helpful and kind. They got me in as a new patient and resolved the issue with my tooth within a days time. Needless to say I am changing from my old dentist to spring arbor dentist. On a scale from 1 to 10... I give them a 12.
