        after contacting him several times, I finally give up!! he returns his calls, and never showed up when he said he would. very unreliable. if he had no interest in helping me he should have said so to begin with, but just to keep me waiting with no response to the messages I left him is completely unprofessional!!

        Had a septic emergency...no need to go into the grim details, but I will tell you the outcome was sweet! Bill came to our rescue. He was very responsive and very good at explaining the whole process. I didn't think it was possible to find any positives in our situation...Bill changed my mind. he is that good. Tule Toilet's the one for me! Thanks Bill!
