Xfinity has turned into a nightmare to deal with. Customer Service is rotten. We have tried to get service in an apartment. But numerous people owe money from before us. Not ONE PERSON thru calls or at the store does anything to help with this. Between links that dont work and horrible snotty rotten customer service, its clear Xfinity wont be getting my business after years of service with them. You have to repeat yourself over and over and over. One of which is the fact that a link they send you for documents does not work. So we were told to go to the Xfinity store where they could help. Nope. They send you in circles. Thru telling them repeatedly that that link doesnt work, they get nasty snotty rude with you. If the link fails, and the store wont help, there is nothing you can do. So Tanya, the manager, was a snot! After having to repeat telling her we went thru this link option for three months, she was nothing but a snot! Rude, unprofessional snot, making it about the customer being wrong. Xfinity has gone down hill. Their customer service is horrible.
