Great Lakes Bay Health Centers

I don’t normally write reviews because everyone’s experience is different, but they were so rude I want others to know. The dental assistant and Dentist treated me like I was a dumb child. Made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. All well, the receptionist was nice at least. I just don’t recommend this place for dental at all. Very unprofessional.

Writing this review to let people know how diisrespectful the dentist and dental assistant were to my daughter . Very sad that the dentist and assistant are in careers that make them miserable and project that in there daily lives working with customers! Sad they should consider a new career!

The receptionist was nice, but that's the only good thing I have to say about this place. The assistant who came to get my girlfriend for her appointment was rude to me just for asking if I was allowed to come back as well. I was told they treated my significant other incredibly rude in the back and I was shown pictures of their equipment in the back that was covered in old blood but still being used. No concern for cleanliness and certainly too immature to be working in a professional environment. Go anywhere but here.

Most rude and disrespectful place ever!!! Called for 40 mins and when I finally got to someone and told them what I needed. They then told me they don't do extractions or anything for me. I would not come to this dentist. Anyone else is better than this place.

I went and saw Diana hicky for the first time yesterday. She took her time and went thru my entire list of problems and solved every last one of them. Great bedside manner. Sara, the nurse, was awesome and im so happy I found a good Dr. I wont be looking anymore. What a relief
