Dishonest, with out integrity. Two things you don’t want in an insurance agent..and a flat out mean human. She is As mean as a rattle snake. A lot of lessons learned with her.

I had been to another insurance firm because they were saving me money. Heather actually compared line by line my coverage and not only saved me money but got me better coverage. She also found a couple of areas where I was really under insured which I didn't realize. We love working with Heather and always feel like she has our best interest in mind.

DISHONEST, and FULL of LIES! Be VERY careful, and keep all records..because she is SNEAKY. I don’t usually post google reviews, but if I can save one person from being scammed and disrespected by her.. it’s worth my time, and energy to share my experience. Watch your account, and pay CLOSE ATTENTION TO ACTIVITY. Thank god, We found a new agency and RAN FROM HEATHER! .It was a weight lifted off our chest to find a New Agent with HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Because Heathers agency doesn’t have an oz of it!! How people like this stay in business LEGALLY, is beyond me..but I believe The universe always has a way of letting the truth come out, and with time she will be shut down..But in the insurance world this might not be the case, because it’s the name of the game!! DON’T USE THIS AGENCY, if you want to keep your blood pressure down!! You’ll be blinded, and robbed from your money!! Makes me physically sick to think people can be this way as a professional representative of a well known name like; Allstate. It was a Lesson learned the hard way I suppose! Worst experience we’ve EVER HAD with an insurance agent. Oh, and You’ll feel the “nice” turn on when she’s making the sale, but as soon as she has made the sale, and you aren’t benefiting her she will belittle you, and make you feel like an idiot if you call her with any questions reguarding your policy’s. She’ll stomp on you and lie without skipping a beat..and she is straight up MEAN when you don’t agree with her nonsense..unprofessional on many levels. Just a warning, because I know I would have LOVED a GOOGLE REVIEW WARNING 😊.

Heather was very rude to me pretty much the minute I came into her office. I was told by my claims agent that I could go to any Allstate office and have them fax info to her. Mind you her office is nowhere near me, so that is why I am going to another office. Also, I’m not going to go to the library to pay for a fax of almost 40 pages. Anyways, I try to explain the situation and because her system is down she is getting very frustrated and seems too pre occupied to talk to me. Heather tells me to call my agent because she has never heard of anyone saying “you can go to any Allstate office and they will fax stuff to other Allstate’s for free.” I tried but she is a claims agent so often away from the phone due to trials and what not. As I am waiting on the phone for it to be answered Heather asks me what my policy number is. I try to tell her I don’t know it off the top of my head and I can’t look it up on my phone while I’m making a call. So, my agent doesn’t answer I get off the phone and tell her that. She could tell now I was getting frustrated so to defend herself she says “well you have to see from my side. You walk in here asking to fax something and can’t give me any info, policy number and I don’t know this agent you are talking of.” Even though I tried to explain I couldn’t do it while I was on the phone. She didn’t even listen to what I was saying. Just mad that her system was down. I told her she was very rude and walked out.
