Very good workmanship, fair prices, came quickly each time we needed him. We highly recommend them.

They did 3/4 my roof and gave me no receipts or warenty so as far as I can tell they walked away with over $30,000 dollars cash no material's I have to work two jobs now and do most of the work myself because I don't have enough money to pay someone to finish the job. They left energy drinks all over the inside and outside of my home. Some still full had to clean it all up they left trash all over my yard see pictures below. If they ever want to work for you kick them off your property. They cut down trees without even speaking to me, they through my $3,000 picnic table and destroyed it. Don't tell me to sue them their very good at this and have had many court orders to pay back money and never paid a dime. If I could give them a score it would be -10000 they tried to extort more many out of me when I fired them I told them to give me a time and date to meet them to get their things so I could change the locks. I was living in a hotel and my neighbor called to tell me someone was in my house Andy Vining had sent his friend at 9:30 pm to pick his things up. This man kicked in the plywood in the back of the house to get in then in his rush he broke my front door frame and my front side door. They also broke my porch when they were doing my roof something else I have to pay for

Bryan, Jim, Colin and Dillan just completed finishing our basement of approximately 1,200 square feet. We found the workmanship and quality to be exceptional and they made numerous suggestions to lend creativity to the project. They are hardworking, professional and friendly. We highly recommend them and have done so already to our son for a project. Thanks to the T&B team for a very satisfied customer. Zelda & Roy Service: Remodelling

Not a great experience. Our project was supposed to start in early spring of 2020. COVID hit and caused a delay, that was understandable. Our project finally got started in early June and wasn't finished until November. Weeks would go by with no progress on our addition. We were told several different dates for completion or when the next part of the project would be done. Not one of the dates given were ever on time. Bryan told us at one point that our project would be done by the end of July. That was far from the truth. We only had a basic, 170 SQ foot addition put onto our house. I can't figure out why it took over 5 months to complete. The only thing that was done in a timely fashion in this project was our payments. The windows that were ordered were nice, however, they don't match since they are white, the rest of the house has tan vinyl windows. I suppose I should have mentioned that when I saw them. I guess I just thought it was obvious that new windows on an addition should match the current windows. The new windows stick out like a sore thumb. Now I have to contact the manufacturer to find out what paint I can use and not void the warranty. The trim that was used inside must not of been kiln dried properly because it has already shrunk and now the miter joints need to be caulked and repainted. The step going into the kitchen is already loose and squeaking like it is 100 years old. There was scrap trim, an 80lb bag of concrete and a permit box laying in the yard, until I finally realized it would be up to me to clean up. I just cleaned it up the other day. I didn't even bother calling Bryan about these issues as I have no faith they would ever be addressed. I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but future customers need to be aware of this. If I had to do it over again, I would have went with another company. Every fear I had about picking a contractor from google came true. This really shocked us because this company has great reviews, so I am thinking the reviews may not be legitimate and written by friends and family, however, I could be wrong. I later looked into this further and found more reviews on Yelp. These reviews are more consistent with our experience. Our project is now complete and paid in full. I asked for some type of receipt or documentation indicating the contract is over and all expenses paid. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't seen anything yet. This was an expensive project for us. We were really excited about it until we got about a month into it and realized our project was not a priority for T&B Construction.
