First I would like to say they do some great quality work. I brought in a gas ice auger that was running very rough with some leaking gas lines. They put in new gas lines,spark plug, and tunned up the carb so it would idle and run correctly. They did a great job taking care of me. I had wanted to keep the repairs under a certain price and asked them to call me before repairs were done. Mistakes happen and they forgot to call me. However they made the situation right. By discounting me the difference between the amount they spent above I had wanted. They turned a situation that could have been bad into a great situation. Some amazing customer service. I would recommend this to anyone. Great local store with great pride in their work.
