Ive had several great experiences here they retrofitted some heirloom costume jewelry to make it wearable and fixed my engagement ring when the center stone fell out. We purchased a lovely wedding band for my husband and Ive received nice necklaces as gifts. The jewelers there are excellent and the sales people are very knowledgeable.

Awesome family jewelers! Ive gotten my finger sized here so many times, I always feel bad just because we just arent in the financial place to buy really nice pieces yet. They never pressure us though which is so kind of them and is part of the reason we plan to get our wedding bands and rings designed by them in the near future. Thats right! They do custom designing and jewelry, a rarity anymore! Cant wait to work with them.

They did a custom ring for me, after a few months my prong had snapped. They were more than willing to fix it, and I was visiting from Maryland. They finished it between my trip! Amazing customer service! Thank you Laiti Jewelers!!

Ww are going through town on the Ocean Navigator and my husbands watch lost a pin in his watch. We found the pin but couldn't get it to stay in place. I walked here from the dock and they were able to fix it and no charge. Highly recommend them.
