One of the friendliest dentists offices I have even been in. Last year the day before Thanksgiving I had a took break on me and the pain was horrible. Every time i accidently sucked in air it was a whole new level of torture. My then main dentist basically told me tough luck and that they were full up for the day and closed on Thanksgiving so the best they could do was tell me to take some Motrin. I called around and remembered this small office in my home town. The receptionist was immediately sympathetic and even though they were full up the dentist and a tech stayed a bit after and got me fixed up at least to the point I could enjoy the holiday with my family. Needless to say this is my main dentist now and I could not be happier.

Dr. Sulfaro is an excellent dentist. After my car accident he bonded my front tooth and did an amazing job. It not only looks like a real tooth but has held up for over three years so far. I would highly recommend him and his staff. His staff was extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to explain what the procedure involved and the cost. And his waiting room is set up like a living room so you can relax around a fire while waiting. He definitely does everything he can to make you feel comfortable.

Oh editing to add that the staff is extremely friendly as well, dont know how any other reviewers can say theyre not! My name is Asia, and I am soooo happy with this dentist in more ways than one! First, he managed to save a tooth that redwood dental told me could not be saved and would have to be pulled. He did a wonderful job with my root canal and saved the tooth! Second, at the same time I had the root canal done he pulled a neighboring tooth that could not be saved, and it was as comfortable and relaxing of an experience as anyone could hope for under that circumstance! Today is the day following my root canal and tooth extraction and I was warned there would be soreness and discomfort but I am happy to say I have zero pain! Literally a 0/10 on the pain scale! I was able to go to work today, which I thought wouldnt happen, and my coworkers are amazed to hear that I am in absolutely no pain at all! It may be because that tooth had been bothering me for so long I just feel so much better now that no pain is registering, but either way I am so happy and so impressed by Dr. Sulfaro! He is just very likable but at the same time knows exactly what he is doing, thanks so much for the great experience! I will use this dentist for all of my family of 5s dental needs from now on!

For a facility that prides themselves on great customer service and works well with children, they failed. I had to take my 7 year old in for an emergency tooth filling and I was asked to stay in the room with my kid, so I got to observe everything. All was going as planned, giggle gas and numbing agent then all of a sudden in the middle of the procedure Dr. Sulfaro gets up and claims he cannot work with my child and says I need to take my 7 year old to a specialist, which I was confused because I thought he was a specialist. They had already started to drill. I was surprised at how quickly he started to drill too, because I thought you should at least give it 10 minutes to  numb, not 2 minutes.  My child does not do well with loud noises and bright lights, the office does well to try and accommodate for this, however, just because my kid can still feel the drill the doctor decides not to work with my child instead of explaining or working with him. I was very upset for the doctor to stop in the middle of the procedure.  When I asked why he cannot finish and Dr. Sulfaro said "Because He (pointing to my child) wont let me." My kid never said anything about not letting him, only pushed his hand once out of the way because that is a natural reaction my 7 year old does to something he's not comfortable with. Shots, arm cuffs for blood pressure, even a swab in his mouth or a look in his ear my kid pushes/flinches but he still lets the doctor finish. Dr. Surlfaro didn't even try he just gave up. What irritates even more is that he said "Might as well pull it out" when I was told the week prior by their other specialist NOT TO PULL THE TOOTH. My child now has a bigger hole in his tooth and might not get it fixed right away, not because we don't want to, but because the doctor refused to finish his job! To top it off, the day before the office called to change our appointment time for later than originally planned then tells us he wont work with us. We will not be returning and I do not recommend for sensory sensitive children.
