Metro by T-Mobile

TRULY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION! The young lady, I believe her name is Amanda, was awesome. Very knowledgeable. But I wouldn't reccomend Metro/T-MOBILE. Their network is completely unreliable. I've been with metro for 14 yrs. Had GREAT service until T-mobile took over. Then my 4g phone slowed down and started acting up (slow loading/dead zones..) In April I bought a 5g phone, thinking maybe my phone was outdated.Then things got worse. I started dropping calls like it was the 1990's again. I'd go to send a text or make a call and my phone would tell me I wasn't in the network or network not available. It takes anywhere from an hour to a couple days to receive my voicemail msg. I have people telling me when they call it goes straight to Voicemail, my phone shows no missed calls. Or they sent me a text, I never received. T-mobile sends me 5+ advertising texts in a matter of a few hours, very annoying. I have spoken with other metro and T-mobile users and they all seem to have similar issues. Long story short after 14yrs, I'm looking into other providers for my whole family!
