        I usually love coming here but today was the worst experience Ive ever had here. Extremely rude stuff and argumentative over soup !?! Sad to say this will be my last time at this location.

        Before stopping at Zoup, I had been considering going to Panera. I'm so glad that I decided to go here instead because it was a lovely experience all around! The food was delicious, and all the workers were very kind even though I came in half an hour before closing. I had to leave a couple things out of my grain bowl due to allergies and the girl who made it offered to add more hummus for no extra charge to balance it out. Most of the time, those of us with allergies end up paying more for less because nothing is deducted from the cost of a meal even if you have to leave a few things out. I really appreciated that this was not the case here. I will definitely be back!

      Thank you so much for the amazing review Steven! We do tend to have our farmstead classic tomato and our fire roasted tomato bisque on an every other day rotation so that way people can get there favorite often!

I tried finding your order in our system so I can look into the staff that was working and coach them on their behavior, but I believe there may have been a typo of some kind and I am not finding anything. We do our best to ask if a customer would like extra to compensate for things being removed, but we do sometimes forget so please don't hesitate to ask at the register if you can have extra of an ingredient since you are removing one. It is truly no issue, we want you to be able to get the best value for your money! We can't wait to see you again!
