Magna Mirrors North has a knack for selecting excellent management on all of their shifts. The work is decent and the pay is fair, especially if you stick with it for a few guaranteed annual raises. The health insurance plan is great, and your savings plans are very flexible. As far as a factory experience goes it's well above average!

First off, everyone in the HR department is lazy. They have a list of phone numbers for employees called "useful resources phone numbers." None if those people know how to answer the phone. No matter how many times you call or leave a message. One of there 3rd shift leads, Jessica Bowren, smokes crack all the time. I lived with her. Yet, I lose my job for legal marijuana. All I want Is my W-2 and they won't give it to me.

I've worked here for 3 months now on 2nd shift. Lots of great workers and great people on our shift. Bad management of course, like any other place. Benefits are good, pay is good, easy work. Biggest problem is this place does not care what you think, and it revolves are all the a**holes on first shift.

This place does not care about their workers in anyway!! That's all they do is work them 7 days a week, even on a holiday weekend. They don't care that they have no time for their families as long as orders are getting filled. They don't get good bonuses because supposedly they don't make profit. If they aren't making profit then why are their workers still working 7 days a week... Get with the program magna people want family time!!! Not only do they make them work like slaves but sundays aren't double time.. Its the suckiest place to work.
