Dont recommend using this service.
Started with having trouble of getting breakdowns of specific charges via invoice, but everyone's invoice looked different.
Then had trouble locating our taxi service as they stated the company has a sign with out name and they didn't. We had to call to ask them to help us locate our taxi. Then we had several issues with getting home as far as the airlines they booked and when I went to submit receipts for the insurance I paid way t o much for to receive nothing in return, to reimburse due to the over 24 hour delay I couldn't even receive proper communication as to why even though I sent it over $80 worth of receipts I received $14.00 back and after calling multiple times regarding getting the reimbursement information back I was completely ghosted by my Agent. Id take your business elsewhere.

We used them to book a PREPAID Apple Vacation. We went to Savannah & Charleston. When we arrived in Savannah we were given a room that was not what we had chosen...way smaller and we ended up leaving the next day to a different hotel that we enjoyed. We got the room we chose in Charleston...however when we got our credit card bill for June we were charged over $700 for a room that was already paid for. A month later and several attempts to get Pathfinders to take care of this...since they made all the arrangements...we have still not been compensated for well over $1000. Would I recommend Pathfinders...most definitely NOT!!
