Well for one I lived there for 2 years and of course when I first got there now with my very first apartment the rent was low but of course but everyone says you get what you paying for everything in that apartment was literally from the late 60's early 70's everything was brown or white as far as appliances go and the blinds were disgusting and the doors were pretty much broke before we got there and all it took was a few times for us to use the appliances and they stop working after so many months the refrigerator was replaced and the stove due to electrical problems on top of that you will have no signal whatsoever in that apartment maybe it's because we were at the bottom and when someone is having a cigarette inside the apartment it will literally go through the walls we smelled everything you can hear what everyone was doing at all hours of the night so you know the walls and ceilings were paper thin as far as Neighbors goes we didn't have any issues with Neighbors but the managers were all pretty much cracked out besides one and they actually got raided one day right in front of us. The biggest issue we also had was the pestilence problem. We had a hell of a lot of yellow spiders just appeared out of nowhere no matter how many times we bomb the place and our first two months we had a nasty Neighbor and there roaches came down to our apartment and we had them for about 2 months after the roach epidemic we noticed Neighbors moving out of their apartments overnight literally 12 o'clock in the morning till 2am just moving out furniture every week we saw a new mattress or furniture out on the curb and we were trying to figure out why it turns out that a bed bug epidemic spreaded in the apartment we were not informed about it until we end up getting them also I was about 5 months pregnant when I said I had enough which was our second year the manager is a slum lord I repeat the manager is a slumlord for those who don't know what a slum lord is the worst kind of people to manage apartments there in it strictly for the money they do not care about their tenants conditions. We we're seeing those things on our walls and in our carpet. to destroy bed bugs you have to use heat which could be expensive but like I said since he did not want to do the treatment correctly and actually had it canceled because they claim it was too much in the apartment which it was not! We threw out everything besides what appliances were there we had a table and chair and eventually had to throw that out too we had a futon I had to throw that out as well and a brand new dresser that I left because I did not want to bring that type of problem to anyone elses home of course the manager was told about this multiple times and all they had was a treatment come out to spray the walls which did nothing he's a cheap bastard and everyone should know about him I highly suggest no one go to this apartment or you will suffer the same consequences we had if I could rate this no stars I would I'm only rating it two stars because we were OK for the first month or two

I've lived here one year. Rent is probably the best you'll find in the area, but for a reason. In the past year there have been 4 managers, all of them with the appearance and mannerisms of dope heads with the exception of one. That one was a douche bag who hard balled me when I asked to have my rent reduced because my water was off for 5 days. I ended up having to pay the whole thing, and the owner agreed with the manager. Outrageous. The apartments are tiny, and the neighborhood is not the best. If you have to move here because of financial hardship... Good luck!
