        mike who runs the fingerprinting for cpl applications is probably the rudest person ive met in all of hastings. also doesnt know the required forms needed because he sent us back to the clerk for an application we didnt need. we needed the receipt, not the actual application. mike insisted we needed the application. sheeeeeesh, would give zero stars if possible. recommend taking 5 deep breaths before interacting with anyone in this building - or you might catch a charge

        Officer Tim Stevens is the man! After last night’s snowstorm, he was willing to stop, pull out his shovel and help dig one of my new neighbors vehicle out of their driveway this morning. Now, this is what I call service to the community! Nice work, sir.
