        Best service for the price. I drive a 2005 Ford Escape that is barely hanging on, but every time I’ve brought it to Shaw’s it leaves the garage sounding better and better. They have found and fixed things that other mechanics in town could not do. I highly recommend this place!

        I I asked them to check for noise from my wheels. They diagnosed and replaced both front wheel bearings, but this didn't fix the problem. I called them to let them know that they replaced parts that didn't need replacing...they just said "thanks for letting us know" and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, both in diagnostic ability and customer service when they miss the mark.
