I am a senior/veteran who has been drinking black coffee for many years in many different countries.
The new hot beverage machines you have installed at your Hartford market is not coffee. It resembles stale, burnt coffee and a very strong lingering chemical aftertaste.
I tried every flavor you offer at Hartford and every one has the stale, burnt chemical taste. I have an unhealthy feeling after drinking any of it.
People who drink hot sugar and cream may not detect the awful base.
Obviously I will not buy coffee from you any longer but this note may help others.
