        Great job on cuts but need more communication on special cuts. Pushy doesn't work, small business I understand but I needed to change cuts before the deadline. Can't go back on that now. If you call wait for a return call before processing. I had 2 days before cuts were suppose to be done. We talked and agreed to a Friday pickup. Tuesday they were done with my cow without my approval, so I settled and picked up Friday. Small business I give them five stars and props it's hard as a local business. Great cuts otherwise. Will I use them again most definitely. Will I press for communication most definitely.
