    Weve just moved into Ashby Preserve and it has been a great experience from reserving our unit, to signing the lease, and then moving in. Dayna has been the best. So helpful and pleasant to work with. Shes very responsive to my questions. Its a pleasure to work with such a nice and smart manager.

    Long time residents (from the beginning of development) should be treated better. Youre told one thing and when you follow up on them, its different than what you were originally told. Good tenants who have done everything themselves (that should be taken care of by management and maintenance) to keep their place nice do not receive the same in return unfortunately. Might be different for other residents who are fortunate to get everything they ask for/need at the drop of a hat. What one resident requests and gets right away all the time, should apply to other residents (legacy, loyal residents that care about & do everything themselves for their home) who ask/need the same thing should be treated fairly & receive the same but thats not the case.

    Dayna and the maintenance team are amazing. Doesnt matter the question or time, someone is always there to answer. Neighborhood is quiet, well maintained and friendly. If I didnt just buy a family house I would have extended my lease another year

    I have been a resident now for almost 2 months. This is the friendliest, quietest, most pleasant place I have ever lived! The Community Manager Dayna Wagenhals does such a great job in providing the residents all the support they need. The maintenance and repairs have been timely and superb. In general, the staff is extremely attentive and responsive. Great community, great place to live!

    Thanks to Encore management for coming through. Our carpeting had stretched and was causing dangerous ridges that we were tripping over. They offer to replace or alternately provide vinyl plank flooring. We opted for the Plank The results speak for themselves. See photos. Again thanks to Dayna and Marcus
