        I have been using Superior Walls for 22 years. I have never had a leak or unhappy customer. The crews are professional and if they give you a time frame they meet that time frame. Anyone looking for a better foundation than a poured wall this is it.

        The design and engineering team was very quick and professional. After the walls were set, I had some problems which required the manager to get involved. Doug D was very unprofessional with the whole situation. He offered me money to make the problem go away without even seeing it. He later refused to pay and said it's good enough. He was trash talking my builder, telling me I had unrealistic expectations and was unreasonable. They have no quality control, check sheets or facts to back up their claims but treat the customer like trash. The walls go up in hours and then they walk away.
