Country Log Apartments

Nice places comfy apartments pretty quiet for the most part lots of parking and clean grounds apartments are pretty nice as well

I rented from The Country Log Apartments for approximately 1 year. I cannot say that it was the best experience I have had renting. The people who lived below me were constantly playing their music load at all hours of the night making it difficult to fall asleep. Then the neighbor to my side was a pervert. Always asking rude and inappropriate questions. Then there are the "watchers" watching everything you do. I couldn't even toss my garbage in the dumpster without having someone call the landlord Mark to report it. I guess I was mistaken, I thought garbage was included in the rent. I was also told that when I move out that they would take $100.00 from my security to have the carpets cleaned. I totally get that, no problem. What I didn't expect it that he would take an additional $75.00 for "paint touch ups". I didn't even put holes in the walls. I used the same holes that were there the the person before me had made as they didn't do anything to the apartment except for have the carpets cleaned. I think that Mark is a crappy landlord. He had no business taking any additional money from me for anything as I left the apartment as when I moved in. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I'm surprised he didn't keep the entire deposit.
