Hungry Howie's Pizza

Pizza is always good at this Hungry Howie's. I actually went past another one to get to this one.

Order was incorrect. Store manager gave wings free. Ordered Howie bread and it was hard. Not a good food experience this time. Great customer service just bad food

I don't know why, but this Hungry Howie's hits differently. Square deep dish is out of this world.

Ordered a veggie sub and got a pepperoni and sausage sub. My husbands order was correct. I called the store and the told me since I ordered with Door Dash there was nothing they could do. I could complain to Door Dash. I told the woman that was pretty disappointing and I would probably not order from them again. She told me, she really didnt care anyway and slammed the phone down. Door Dash apologized and said she was very sorry they gave her the wrong food. They then issued me a refund of $1.94 Not a good day - nearly 9 pm, after working a 12 hour shift I guess I will have to make dinner or probably just skip it. At least my husband is fed tonight!!!

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get the VEGGIE subs and/or pizza correct. The last two times I ordered the veggie sub, half of the main veggies were missing. I don't bother calling all the time to complain because it's a waste of my time. Today I ordered veggie pizza and again one of the main veggies were missing. I did call and spoke to the manager and she said I can receive 50% off the next order. What next order??? Why should I continue to support a business that consistently get my orders incorrect. It's very frustrating!!! Maybe there needs to be more training on the VEGGIE menu items.
