Good Morning Tricounty services My name is Laura , I am reach out to you to let you know my lights are still not working, I did what was asked from the owner and office manager I plugged them in and nothing happened also some of the lights are out at the roofline per our conversation. On the 23 of November My initial appointment was for November 4, then it was changed to the 8th and I wasn’t aware to the change until I called and spoke with the office manager . the new date was Nov 17 from an email that was sent from your company, then it changed again to another date,of November 23,2021 I have been patiently waiting, and now I am the darkest house on my block for Christmas, I normally enter into the Christmas holiday contest and I have won every year, this year I couldn’t enter due to the darkness of my home, this year I am not going to celebrate Christmas, due to my holiday lights. I have had several positive conversations with the office manager Lisa and each time she gave me hope that I would be on the list to be completed, I understand you’re not located close and I have been so patient, but how can I get several dates for completion and then when I call no one returns my calls. Now it’s holiday season and you all took my money and I have no lights at my home. Every one is asking what happened to your house you missed the lighting ceremony. I was told today by the Office manager Lisa , that I would bet call from the owner Jason and he would call me. Still no response. Can you please tell me how I can go about getting a refund and having these lights removed from my home. Hoping I haven’t gotten scammed. During the holidays I am out of over $500.00 in money not to mention time I have to take to remove my decorations . A phone call would be nice especially during these hard times that we are all living in. We work hard for our money and would hope this doesn’t happen to another customer with high Christmas hopes.
