        Terrible customer service. Ive been on hold for 40 minutes 3 days in a row. First they cancel my account without telling me make me get a new account and now are telling me my account is wrong. Still on hold. 40 minutes now. -5 star

        Wanna know who has the worst internet service? These guys. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is saying or doing. I get told Im in an outage area (doesnt explain why my modem says its online) and have another person tell me Ive had inter since the 12th. Guess who still doesnt have internet and has called 4 times now complaining of such? This guy. Guess who has to wait till the 20th now for a tech? This guy. Think they are gonna give me a credit for all these days with no internet? Probably not. These large companies really at the end of the day care less what kind of service your getting. They know we need/want the internet. Thats who we are stuck with. If I had had more options I would most definitely would choose another carrier. Just simply the worst company (not necessarily all the people that work there). First chance I can get to switch I will be.
