    It has been a long time since Ive walked in somewhere and felt like that much of an inconvenience. There were 4 store employees, and one other customer other than me and my dad. One was helping a customer, the other 3 were too busy chatting to greet us. Once they had concluded their conversation, after we stood there awkwardly for a minute waiting to be helped, they seemed eager to help at first, I explained the situation that we were trying to figure out how the hot spot units work for my parents new cottage and how that impacts data- the rep was happy to help until I made the comment that I had already purchased it and it was waiting in the express locker for us but was looking more for answers. At this point, you wouldve sworn I just insulted this man the way his demeanor changed. I understand that reps are commission based but the difference in treatment once the rep was aware that he was not going to make a sale is inexcusable. Thankfully one of the other 3, whom Im assuming was a manager, did step in and try to assist us in answering questions.

    Stopped in for another phone and walked out with a better plan and upgraded are current phones. Only thing when transferring info from one phone to another the wifi sux. They need better connection.

    Come here if you want them to skip you in line so that you sit for an hour WITH A TODDLER without being helped. Make an appt you say? Well whenever I have tried, it hasn't been available. Horrible business.
