Sales and design process was a fine experience. Initial installation team did a fine job with the landscaping and nice to work with, however we were unsatisfied with the attention to detail on finish grading. Their attempt to repair for a smooth grade left a lot to be desired. They did replace one dying tree, but we did not hear back about other items. We also were left with no clear direction to help with the seed job that did not take well. Throughout the project they provide too many different points of contact causing confusion. We expected a little better experience.
Update:
At this point, a fair effort and response was made and to reimburse the cost of two trees that didn't make it.

Had to call multiple times to have them come back and weed during the summer months for both years Ive used them. Also, the first time they fertilized they lawn every year, they burn the grass in a huge circle that doesnt recover for the summer. This year they raised their prices, so I will be going with a more competent lawn service. Service: Landscaping maintenance

They hide behind God, like wolves in sheeps clothing. The brothers arent Dehamers even-just ask them their surname its Vugteveen. They got some winter contracts and made some big money for over charging and dont care about landscaping. Their plants and trees are infested with disease and bugs. The workers will destroy your lawn even when I never gave permission to drive skid steers across my property. Theyll deny wrong doing and laugh about it all the way to the bank. VERY DISHONEST VERY SHADY DO NOT PAY ALL UP FRONT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! My neighbors complain every time I see them about the cost vs what they actually did. They paid for a $20,000 job and received a $2,000 job. Trust me, go elsewhere!! Youve been warned :)

First they landscaped our neighbors yard a few years ago and flooded ours and then wouldnt fix the problem they caused, never called us back, never responded to our questions. Finally got the contractor out and he resolved issue.
Then we bought some trees last summer through the. and one died immediately. They didnt respond to any calls or emails.

Where to begin! This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We hired them to do some landscaping and were left with a bigger mess than when they started. Very poor workmanship. Mulch that was placed was less than an 1 deep in most areas and you could see soil beneath it. They drove a skid steer all over the existing lawn a and left ruts 8deep. The same skid steer leaked diesel fuel all over the driveway and broke 5 underground sprinkler heads in the process. It was very difficult to get them to address these issues. I ended up contacting a lawyer who wrote them a letter. Once I had a lawyer involved items were addressed somewhat to satisfaction but just be prepared do a long battle of phone calls and e-mails to get anything fixed. Dustin will also argue that they executed the work perfectly and tell you that youre wrong. I would look for another company if I were in the market for landscaping. Service: Landscape installations
