        First time going and was very pleased with my experience. The time here is much more personable than your typical yoga class at a larger location. The knowledge and ability to explain the movements was evident from the instructors. I highly recommend.

        This is a great yoga place.  Good teachers, lovely space.I like the gentle yoga class - the certified instructor is also a physical therapist.
